Simply grab a pinch of real green tea leaves between your
thumb and two fingers, (approx 1/3 of a teaspoon)
place in a cup and add boiling water.
Allow a few minutes for the leaves to open and for the flavour to brew.
The leaves will sink to the bottom of the cup. Drink and enjoy!
Simply add more boiling water for subsequent cups.
One pinch of leaves will provide six to seven cups per day.
Regular drinkers regard the third and fourth brew as the best.
